Dal Fryday - fine Indian food is on an expansion plan and is currently looking at senior kitchen staff for its new outlets and also requires junior Production and Service staff for the present outlet in Bangalore.

Staffing Requirement - Restaurant service
* Restaurant Manager

Work Experience
* Head Chef - 5 to 7 years work experience in an Indian Restaurant.
* Senior Kitchen Staff - Minimum five years experience in an Indian Restaurant.
* Tandoor Cook - 3 - 4 years work experience in an Indian Restaurant handling the tandoori cuisine with knowledge of kebabs and varous Indian breads.
* Asst. Tandoor cook - 1 year work experience in Tandoori cooking.
* Pantry Cook - 3 - 4 years works experience with knowledge of juices, savouries and Indian sweets
