The Perils of Being a Criminal Defense Attorney!
Aggressive and Persistent
Dealing with the legal system is never an easy thing -- and for the layperson it can be a downright confusing experience. When selecting a Dallas criminal attorney to represent you, you need to have a lawyer that is both aggressive and persistent. A certain amount of aggressiveness is desirable on the part of your attorney, in order to ensure that you will not be pushed unfairly into a corner.Persistence is also obviously very necessary -- the court system is largely a bureaucratic maze, and it can be difficult to make progress if you simply assume that things will be done in a timely and correct manner -- continual follow-up and monitoring of results will be necessary at all times.
