Want A Great Workout?
Why I Recommend My Dance Strong DVD.
Hi! I'm Patty Rose. I'm a Dance Fitness Instructor.Yep, that's a photo of me, Dancin' wild at my 13th birthday party. Let's not talk about how long ago that actually was.
The important thing is that I've been dancing and moving my whole life!It is the one thing that comes naturally to me. It is the one thing that burns inside with a passion unlike any other. It is what I do! I dance, I move, and I find great satisfaction in my work; motiving people like you to find fitness through dance.
I'd like to introduce to you my Dance Strong!TM DVD. You can lose weight by dancing with me! With this fun fitness workout you can learn basic dance moves, lose weight and tone muscle.
Originally, Dance Strong!was a program I developed to help professional dancers find additional strength in areas that they needed. I found so many requests coming in from people who were not necessarily professional dancers but who loved to dance as a form of fitness. So, I developed this DVD for the beginner dancer to give you options in your workout routines.
Here are some of the features and Benefits:
Full Instructional Chapter of the DVD gives full break down of proper form so you get the most out of your exercises.
Three Dance Workout Segments gives you the choice to work out for 20 minutes, 40 minutes or combine all three segments for a full body one hour workout.
Latin Legs, Swing'n Upper Body and Jazzy Arms and Shoulders
Interval Training works your heart muscle with short bursts of aerobic dancing between the muscular exercises for toning.
Build Muscle By incorporating weight-bearing exercises accompanied by an exercise band, you will begin to build and tone muscle for a long, lean, sleek look.
How Often Do You Say... "I Love To Exercise?"
So, ...What Do You Love?
Every once and a while it takes an external force to get you up and moving. I love to motivate people to move. This is part of why I created this DVD. You'll find the upbeat nature and excitement will motivate you to get going and keep coming back to do more each day.
Do you love music and want to learn to dance?
Dance Strong offers a variety of music and dance moves. In the Latin Legs segment you will learn the basic moves of salsa dance with invigorating Latin music. The Swinging Upper Body Segment will get you to shake rattle and roll and the steady dance beat of the Jazzy Arms And Shoulders allows you to comfortably learn some basic jazz dance moves.
Is feeling out out shape getting you down?
I truly believe that it only takes one step! Once you find the will to move just a little, dance just for a moment, or simply take a walk, you'll be well on your way.
Are you looking for a way to spice up your current workout? Well, I can tell you that my DVD is a great way to spice up your workout. But, why not try it for yourself?.

I always find music to be an emotional experience. It can create a mood, help you relax or get you jumping up and down!
I also get inspired by a beautiful sunny day!
Both these light a "fire" for me. They give me just the little extra motivation and inspiration I need to walk away from the computer, leave the dishes for a half hour and GO! Which is more motivating for you?

Nice lens. Not only is dance a fun and fast way to get in shape but there's nothing as beautiful and flexible as a dancer's body. 5 Stars.

This is an excellent DVD. Patty takes you through these classic dance patterns so that you can reinforce your dance muscle memory while having lots of fun getting fit. A beautiful combination of dance and fitness. It is very well produced and Patty's excitement and professionalism are infectious. You can't help but to want to jump out of your chair and start dancing the pounds away. This is one of the best fitness DVDs that is out there. I highly recommend it.
