Dancing is not only fantastic for your happiness, it's good for helping you drop excess weight and improve your self confidence. Know what's best? Dancing is extremely enjoyable. There aren't lots of people who will not find at least a small amount of fun every time they "shake their groove things".

    It's one of my favorite ways to workout and I'm 73. Good lens. Suggestion, add some amazon videos and maybe some DVDs'. I'm learning how to 'monetize' my lenses. Good going

    I so agree with everything you've said in this lens. I don't watch Dancing with the stars, but I bought my mom the exercise DVD and since she didn't use it, I started using it and it's awesome. It really is a workout. I'm so happy when I see a dancing lens. And thank you for reminding me that dancing fights depression because that is the honest truth!

    Dancing is another way to have a great workout! I like to workout at the gym mainly but don't mind throwing in a little dancing at home! :-)
