Previous Winners of Dancing with the Stars

Dancing with the Stars is one of the most successful reality TV shows in America today.

Based upon the British version "Strictly Come Dancing", DWTS pairs celebrities and professional dancers in a competition to lift the much sought after Mirror Ball Trophy.

Here are the previous Champions of Dancing with the Stars!

Season 1: Kelly Monaco & Alec Mazo

Season 1 was a short version of DWTS as we know it today.

Only six weeks long, Kelly went from being, frankly, appalling to the judges' favorite.

Kelly and Alec won the finale but the second placed celebrity, John O'Hurley, complained that the scoring was biased against him. The was a "dance-off" the week after which John won, but Alec and Kelly were crowned the champions.

I love all the Professional dancers on DWTS show. It is amazing the way they make they Students-Stars look on the dance floor!!
