I didn't know my blood pressure was sky high until I was taken into hospital after collapsing.

I agree about the silent killer. More needs to be done to know why blood pressure tends to shoot up and what are its consequences. Great lense.

Many people experience high blood pressure. For many it's a simple adjustment of lifestyle (food choices, exercise, job, and so forth) others who suffer from secondary hypertension (high blood pressure due to an underlying cause such as kidney disease, adrenal insufficiency etc ...) have a completely different situation.

    I gave you lens a "hi 5" :-)

It is definitely a silent killer and the worst part it is that most of the people don't take it seriously until serious heart ailments start prevailing. Good points mentioned here.
