They offer claims to you by "doctors." Remember that these doctors are being paid to promote their items. Anyone could go down to local thrift store put on a doctor outfit and get a haircut and read off some cards, if you pay me enough I will do it too.

They put a bunch of medical terminology in there that no one knows what it means so it must be true. Example, grapefruit is a miracle fruit discovered in Barbados, also referred to as "Seven Wonder of Barbados."

Most importantly, they limit your food choices and don't allow you to get a balanced diet. If you have the right plan you will lose weight.
Eating should be enjoyable and these fad diets simply take the fun out of eating.
