In her own words, here's how this actress, who is best known for her starring role as Topanga on the television hit "Boy Meets World," finally kicked those extra pounds to the curb to break back into Hollywood looking better than ever.

In Hollywood, the pressure to be thin is huge! After "Boy Meets World" came to an end, I found that I couldn't get jobs because of my weight. As an actress, not feeling good about your body is like the kiss of death. It's part of my job to look great. You just can't walk into an audition not feeling good about yourself. It doesn't leave a very good first impression.

And fans can actually be pretty harsh when they think you're a little overweight. Some people would even say to me, "Wow, you look smaller on television."

But I didn't lose weight just because I wanted to fit into the Hollywood scene. I really just wanted to feel good about myself again. I wasn't enjoying things like I used to. Shopping became miserable for me and I didn't have fun going out with my family and friends anymore.

So I decided to try the NutriSystem program and 27 ½ lbs.* later, I'm in the best shape of my life! (Trust me, when you're only 5'1", that half pound counts.)

I think I have officially tried just about every diet out there. And NutriSystem was the first one that made me feel healthier from day one. It's also the first diet I ever tried where I saw results so quickly. I had more energy. I felt much better. I had a nice glow to me. And everyone started noticing immediately.

NutriSystem worked so well for me because it was so easy. I knew I wasn't going to stick to a diet that made me work really hard. And this program perfectly fit my lifestyle.

Plus, the food is fantastic! It's so hard for me to pick just one favorite. The cereals are my favorite for breakfast. They have the best chicken noodle soup I've ever had. And the chili is my top pick for dinner. Oh, and all of the cookies for desserts are to die for!

Overall, losing weight has just done wonders for my self-esteem. I feel so much more confident in my everyday life. I can actually put on a swimsuit and not feel self-conscious. And for the first time in 12 years, I went to the beach without a sarong. That's a big deal to me!

Of course losing weight has opened up a lot more doors for me professionally, also. I am certainly going on a lot more auditions and people are taking me more seriously as an actress now.

But one of my favorite things since I've lost the weight is when fans stop me and say, "Oh my gosh, you look so good!" That makes me feel absolutely amazing! It still takes me by surprise when somebody stops me and tells me how good I look. It's impossible for me not to blush.

And shopping has taken on a whole new meaning for me as well. I've dropped three dress sizes* on NutriSystem. I actually haven't been this size since I was a freshman in high school!

There are things I can fit into that I would have never even attempted to try on when I was heavier. I now love wearing tank tops, strapless dresses, basically anything that shows off my body. I'm proud of it!

Now, whenever anyone asks me about how I lost the weight-family, friends, or fans-I immediately tell them all about NutriSystem. It just works.

This is the first time in a very long time that I feel great about my body. I truly feel unstoppable.
