    One day I'll conduct a survey for Pratchett lovers to prove there is a connection between reader's gender and favourite characters - my man is just like you and I think the witches are the best :)
    Highly recommendable selection.

    Where's Neil Gaiman on your list? You can not possibly like all these fab authors and not like Neil Gaiman?

    I have read a little Neil Gaiman - I'll probably get onto more of him later too.. Going through Robert Heinlein right now.

    nice lens Danny, my favourite is Robin Hobb, I don't think she's pessimistic she just has a talent for making you really feel for her characters because their emotions are in some ways very real.

    I share with you the love for the fantastic and the long travelling on the tube...
    Recently I read "Insomnia" by SK. I liked it because of its metaphisical and existential implications.
    Your lens is nice! I rated and favorited it.

    Have three of my faves here, Tolkien, Clarke, and my all time fave, Asimov. My favorite books by him are the Foundation Trilogy. Good collection here.

    I often wish I commuted so there would be more time for reading. It's hard to get through more than a dozen pages at the end of a busy day. But I'm always reading something, and I enjoy seeing what other people are reading too. Thanks for sharing.

    I'd have to say Issac Asimov is my favorite in this grouping, besides Tolkien of course. Very nice lens, Danny. I'm going to lensroll it with the one you just visited of mine. :)
