My Guide To Network Marketing

When I got into Network marketing it was probably for the same reasons anyone else would. I had things I wanted to do and places I wanted to go that I would never be able to do working for someone else for 90% of my life. I new that I wasn't getting anywhere working a 7-5 job for 10 bucks an hour and it didn't ever look likely to change, so I decided that if I was going to have the life I wanted I was going to have to do something else.

So I started looking on the Internet for any opportunity that looked like it could make me a lot of money. Of course like anybody would, I started looking for the fastest easiest way possible to earn some money. I soon learned that there really is no fast or easy way to do this and if I was going to be successful I had a lot of work to do. So I began my research of network marketing, looking for any info I could get my hands on that could explain how to create a successful business.

This is when I really decided to stick with Network marketing because during my search I uncovered mountains of information and truly came to understand how it works, why it works, and that it is positively booming at this point in time and it would be stupid not to get involved.

So here I am sharing what I have learned, In hopes that it will benefit anyone else out there who has also decided to cast their fate into the Network Marketing World

During my research I discovered that there are two things you ABSOLUTELY must have to have a truly successful network marketing business. The first is A good Network or team that is dedicated to the success of each other and the business. The second is a good Marketing system that will get your business known and get prospects coming to you instead of you having to go out searching for them.

So Imagine that.. the most essential things in Network Marketing happen to be spelled out right in the name, hence the reason why it is called network marketing. If you do not have these things, your business will inevitably fail. So I would say, when you are first beginning with your business it would be best to start with the marketing part, as you can't build your own team until you have at least 1 person sponsored under you right?

So how do you create a good marketing system that works? Well in this day and age it looks like web 2.0 is the best way to market if you are using the internet. The great thing about this is most of these methods are free. So what you can do is find some popular social networking sites (myspace Zanzuu,Youtube,Wowzza) and start your campaigns there. Blogs are also a very powerful tool as well as videos. Then there is also the ads you can place on google and yahoo. Those are a little more tricky and take a little money to do but can be very effective if done correctly. Ok so you set up your marketing pages and there you have it, your system. and it is a system that you can teach others to duplicate. You can try all kinds of different techniques on your pages to see which ones are most effective, which is why it is recommended to post on a few different sites.

Ok so then what? How do you build an effective team? well the first thing is make sure you know what your doing first, so that you can pass on the knowledge to your downeline. I would suggest finding a mentor who already knows the ropes a bit who can set you on the right track. It may also be a good Idea to ask someone who is not actually a part of the business you are starting, just to make sure they won't be puffing you up with hoowee foowee to get themselves more profit.

The main thing about team building is you must be willing to work for others before they will be willing work for you. Just like the passage from Napoleon Hill's Think and Grow Rich : "I will induce others to help me because of my willingness to help others." I assure you that if you show your team your willingness to help them succeed they will return that willingness in kind, and also pass it on to others.
