Have had two delightful visits to Sydney in my lifetime... and both visits took the ferry over to the magnificent Taronga Zoo... a trip no one should miss. Great memories you conjured up here Spook!

Thank you and that makes me glad. Also for your very apt comment in the duel, quite a mouthful to get my tongue around there.

Not often do we really take the trouble here in S.A. to view these creatures - the photos are stunning - one feels like hugging the innocent looking, fluffy mite which always seems to have a smile on it's face. I love the way the story is told - so down to earth! Thanks for sharing!

Thank you and they sure look huggable and have always been one of my favourites.

I've only seen Koalas in the occasional zoo but I would love to see one in its natural habitat - as well as kangaroos. I've wanted to visit Australia and, in time, I may but, first, I'm hoping to get to Europe within the next couple of years. I've always wanted to see Africa, too; in time, I just may be fortunate enough to visit.

You must have tons of stories about life in Africa, too. Spook. The Koala is indeed a squeeze! I enjoyed seeing such "tender closeups!" I can always depend on you for Spook Lingo, i.e. new slang for "darling." "Oh, darl you know you want to do things my way...."

Looks like a fabulous place to visit! I'll have to visit via your fabulous travel photos; Australia is a very long way away from Arkansas, USA!

Another enjoyable trip with you. I have never been to Australia and would love to see a Koala Bear. Kevin, thank you so much for donating a percentage of your royalties to Friends of the Park. Your generosity is very much appreciated.
