I AM: Dave Conrey
I'm a graphic artist working in the automotive publishing area, but trying to branch out to other areas because my job just doesn't pay enough. Squidoo has become my launching pad for all the other ideas swirling around in my head.
My interests range from sneaker culture to art to choppers to just about anything that happens to catch my attention that month, and I plan on doing a lens about them all eventually.
I AM: A Thief!
Thanks Kim... er Kimberly.
I AM: Happily Married
Born Leslie Mieko Kawasaki, in January of 1970, sister to Todd and Julie and surrogate to our mixed-breed terrier, Freckles; I am proud to call Leslie my wife. Trust me on this, I married way up!I've never been much of a religious man, but I honestly believe God put Leslie on this planet to save me from myself.
I AM: A Blogger
You can check out my personal blog site at DaveConrey.com. I update about once a week, maybe more if I'm not too busy with other things.I also help others blog:

I AM: A Sneakerphile
I AM: A Book-aholic
Three Nights in August
Tony Larussa and the St. Louis Cardinals have an important 3-game series with the Chicago Cubs. Read as the coach goes through his thoughts and strategies on how to beat the Cubbies. From the Author of Friday Night Lights.
Creating Customer Evangelists: How Loyal Customers Become a Volunteer Sales Force
Quite possibly one of the best written marketing books I've ever read. Not only is the information vital, but like true professionals, the authors back up their claims with true data.
Obey: Supply & Demand : The Art of Shepard Fairey
Shepard Fairey went from skate punk to entrepreneur to one o the biggest brands in urban culture. These are his words.
All Marketers Are Liars: The Power of Telling Authentic Stories in a Low-Trust World
Not really trying to pander to the big guy, but this book is great. If you've read Godin before, a lot of this will seem familiar, but he's always an entertaining read.
You Don't Need a Title to Be a Leader: How Anyone, Anywhere, Can Make a Positive Difference
I had the pleasure of doing an interview with Mark Sanborn. He's straight forward, honest and easy to talk to. This book comes from his sole. For anyone with a smidge of ambition in life, this is a must read.
I AM: On Ebay
My stock fluctuates, but I've always got some random crap up for sale. I usually buy more than I sell, but that's the American way, right?
Please, buy my stuff so I can get that diamond encrusted thingamajiggy I've always wanted since last week.
Fetching new data from eBay now... please stand byI AM: On Flickr
I don't think of myself as an accomplished photographer by any stretch of the imagination, but I've got a few decent shots (not great, just decent). I also use Flickr to host images, so you may see some completely random stuff up there. Pay no attention to the mayhem. Just enjoy its spontaneity.
I AM: A Magazine-aholic too!
I AM: Related to Famous People
Joseph Conrad - Great, Great, Great Uncle- AKA Joseph Conrad Korzeniewski, author of Heart of Darkness. Heart of Darkness is credited as being a literary treasure. I just wish I was on the list of folks receiving royalties. You might also know the story by it's modern interpretation, Apocalypse Now.
I AM: Always Looking For Feedback
I wouldn't be nothing if I didn't openly accept comments and criticism. Have ideas for what I'm missing or what you want to know more about, please by all means, tell me what you think. I love it all. Thanks for visiting.
