Who is Who is David Henry Allen

This lens was created to provide the gateway to David's web presence, here you will find an overview of who he is, what he does and how you may interact with him.

David H. Allen was born in Kingston, Jamaica in 1962. The fourth of eight children to George and Hermine Allen. David lived his middle and high school years in Manchester a Parish in the center of the island where his parents were born.

He graduated from Elim Agricultural College in 1981 and got his first job the same year as an Agricultural Science Instructor with the Ministry of Education before migrating to the United States in 1990.

On entering the United States David joined the construction trade in a residential remodeling company operated by two family members. He quickly realized that management capabilities were inadequate in the operation and enrolled in the Business Management Program at the University of Massachusetts, Boston with a stated goal to contribute to the development of the company.

David has a Bachelor of Science Degree from University of Massachusetts, Boston. He is a self described serial entrepreneur having started many companies over the years including the following two, that he currently leads:

Through his leadership directing the joint venture activities of these companies, David has demonstrated his commitment to Neighborhood Revitalization Programs. He wholesales rehabs and holds properties, his goal, he said, "is to once again re-establish the idea of home ownership as a social benefit, targeting first time home buyers.
