Great lens. We traveled to Israel earlier this year and love all the history. Went to Masada, En Gedi and the Dead Sea, but missed Qumran. We ran out of time. We'll have to go back someday.

We visited Qumran just a few days ago while in Israel. It was pretty interesting to see the Dead Sea Scrolls and all of the items that had been found around there. Cool lens! I'm going to work on my Israel trip lens soon and add a bunch of the pictures we took!

A great subject and one that opens the mind to the broader aspects of theology and how we have to the religion we see today.

Biblical archeology fascinates me as well. I've read a couple of books and watched a few documentaries. Great job on this lens. **Blessed by a Squid-Angel**

I had gone to the Dead Sea Scroll and Bible exhibit, I was disappointed, I expected at least 'one large scroll', but they were faximilties, only exhibiting some tiny fragment pieces of scrolls...the Bible exhibit and artifacts were real nice.
