Declumping my Lenses

Ranked #714 in Squidoo Community, #94,278 overall

A bit of everything . . . what's your pleasure?

I started to lose track of my topics when I would find a fabulous lens that I wanted to lensroll. Oh, I was fine with only 25 lenses. But now, I think to help me (and others) who visit my Bio page, perhaps it is best to sort these topics by category.

This was also inspired by what Chris Day has done with his lenses.

Sometimes the title of my lens doesn't match the deeper intention of what I write. And so, without further ado, I bring you my self-sorted lensography.

    Great collection of lenses!

I too recently redid my lensography but I completely revamped it into a new article. I was worried about the panda updates affecting traffic so used my penname Ladymermaid to create a mermaid article. Lol...there is always so very much to do when we work and write online.

  • Ruthi Feb 28, 2012 @ 9:59 am | delete
I totally understand the need to declump and organize your lenses and I only have 30 something! My favorite is a 10 most recent lens list, which makes it so easy to see what's new when visiting lensmasters.
  • aesta1 Nov 30, 2011 @ 7:59 pm | delete
This is a great idea. I get lost in my own lenses so I should do this.
  • kitty222 Nov 19, 2011 @ 2:33 pm | delete
This is a good idea. I have so many Lenses on various topics that I went through a half-hearted effort to sort them in my Dashboard categories a while back.
  • CruiseReady Oct 26, 2011 @ 6:30 am | delete
You certainly have a nice collection of lenses... and a goo reminder, too. I think a lot of are in need of some 'fdeclumping' of our lenses.

Hi! I came by to visit! Have a great day Rose! :)
  • haikuwedding Oct 6, 2011 @ 1:04 am | delete
Wow, I finally finished my second lens(my work kept me extremely busy for the past half year) and I returned to find this very helpful lens that guides me through your lensography. A job very well done and I see many intereting topics - you are unstoppable!
  • MaxReily Aug 4, 2011 @ 10:43 am | delete
Great lensography! Very well organized. I'm nearing the point of needing to organize my lenses with a lensography, too, but I've decided to wait and do it when I reach 50--lenses, that is!
    Nice job with this!
  • poddys Jul 11, 2011 @ 2:57 pm | delete
That's a lot of lenses and a nice lensography to showcase them. I think a lensography is a great idea, a way for people to see what lenses you have. Reminds me, I have to update mine.
  • gypsyman27 Jul 7, 2011 @ 12:54 pm | delete
This was a great lens, with a great idea behind it. I would like to organize myself, but I procrastinate a lot. See you around the galaxy...
  • vallain Jul 1, 2011 @ 2:33 pm | delete
Great variety of topics. I had to sort mine out too, so being a retired librarian, I made a catalog lens of them.
  • LisaAuch Jul 1, 2011 @ 7:32 am | delete
now this is what I need to do! you have a great collection of lenses I see I have some reading to catch up on!
