Happy Decorating!

Would love to hear your own balloon decorating ideas! My friend just finished throwing a party for her sixteen year old daughter and she used a lot of balloons to outline the party area. Because we live in the desert, it's a great time of year already for outdoor parties. Balloons work well outside, too. She used arches around the yard, some balloon clusters at the corners of the yard, and floating balloon clouds anchored to the buffet and party tables to give some color overhead. It was absolutely beautiful!
