Brief History of Meditation
Although there are countless volumes of recorded history on meditation, its roots date back to the beginning of humanity. Many theories suggest that our ancestors may have discovered meditation and altered states of consciousness while staring at the flames of their fires. Others suggest that psychedelic mushrooms and other mind altering substances may have been what caused early humans to contemplate reality beyond the five physical senses.Over time, meditation has evolved into various structured practices. Indian scriptures called "tantras" have recorded meditation techniques dated over 5000 years ago. Buddha, a major meditation icon, made his mark in history around 500 B.C. Meditation began to spread to Western society a few thousand years after it was first adopted in Asia and India. In the early 1960s and 1970s, psychologists and other researchers began testing the effects of meditation, discovering a multitude of benefits.
Since Jesus did not begin performing miracles until he was about 30 years old, he must have learned how to do it first, right? He certainly did not perform any healing or water walking as a child. I believe that Jesus may have traveled to India, where he learned meditation from the Ancient Yogis of his time. I also believe that anyone can learn to do what Jesus learned to do. He said it himself, "We are all the Children of God."
Though meditation has long been associated with religion, I guarantee you there is nothing religious about REAL meditation. Religion implies rules and restriction, whereas meditation requires letting go of anything and everything which may bind you or limit your self discovery. Meditation is a spiritual practice, and its effects are spiritual experiences and a spiritual realization of "What Is".
The Science Behind Meditation
Scientific Studies On People Who Meditate
Studies of the brain waves of meditators has revealed why they're healthier. Neurological research has proven that meditators shift their brain activity to a different area of the cortex. Brain waves in the stress-prone right frontal cortex move to the calmer left frontal cortex. This shift in mentality decreases the negative effects of stress, depression and anxiety. There is also reduced activity in the amygdala, where our brains process fear and fear reactivity.
Jon Kabat-Zinn, Ph.D., of the University of Massachusetts Medical School, recorded the brain waves of stressed-out employees of a high-tech firm in Madison, Wisconsin. The subjects were split randomly into two groups, 25 people were asked to learn meditation over eight weeks, and the remaining 16 were left alone as a control group. All participants had their brain waves scanned three times during the study: at the beginning of the experiment, when meditation lessons were completed eight weeks later and four months after that. The researchers found that the meditators showed a pronounced shift in activity to the left frontal lobe. In other words, they were calmer and happier than before.
To what degree can mind dictate reality? While under deep hypnosis, a patient was told that his finger was being touched with a red hot poker. Not only did the temperature on the skin of his finger jump 10 degrees, his body reacted by producing a blister on his finger, as if it were actually burnt! Science has already proven that our thoughts can and do have a direct impact on our body's biochemistry.

Benefits of Frequent Meditation
Why do people Meditate?
Although meditation is usually recognized as a religious or spiritual practice, many people meditate to enjoy the wide variety health benefits. Yoga meditation techniques are being implemented in management of life threatening diseases; in transmutation of molecular and genetic structure; in reversal of mental disease, in accelerated learning programs, in perception and communication beyond the physical senses, in problem solving and atomic and nuclear physics; in achieving better ecological understanding; in management of lifestyle and future world problems.
Meditation produces several benefits at the gross body or physical level:
Improvements in body luster and general health - When the mind is focused on a particular part of the body, the blood flow to that part increases and cells receive more oxygen and other nutrients in abundance. A great number of movie stars and fashion models include meditation in their daily routine.
Improvements in concentration - Many professional athletes employ meditation methods to achieve optimal performance. Studies have found a direct correlation between concentration exercises (meditation) and the performance level of sports professionals. Meditation strengthens the mind and its ability to visualize, it comes under control and is able to provide effective guidance to the physical body to effectively execute all its movements. Psychological Exercises are a powerful way of improving concentration and mental strength during the most extreme challenges.
Health benefits of Meditation:
It lowers oxygen consumption.
It decreases respiratory rate.
It increases blood flow and slows the heart rate.
Increases exercise tolerance in heart patients.
Leads to a deeper level of relaxation.
Returns blood pressure to normal.
Reduces anxiety attacks by lowering the levels of blood lactate.
Decreases muscle tension (any pain due to tension) and headaches.
It increases serotonin production which influences mood and behavior. Low levels of serotonin are associated with depression, obesity, insomnia and headaches.
Builds self-confidence and esteem.
Enhances the immune system. Research has proven that meditation increases activity of 'natural-killer cells', which kill bacteria and cancer cells.
Helps in chronic diseases like allergies , arthritis etc.
Reduces Pre-Menstrual Syndrome.
Accelerates post-operative healing.
Increases function and focus when dealing with an emergency.
Reduces activity of viruses and emotional distress.
Resolve Phobias. Meditation can help to resolve the deepest of neuroses, fears and conflict which play their part in causing stress and ill health.
Increased sexual performance and response. Resolve sexual tension due to past relationships.
Enhanced vision, hearing, taste, smell and touch.
For mothers-to-be:
Meditation puts mothers in tune with their babies. Manta Japa is especially appropriate for pregnant women. After birth, daily meditation becomes a precious time to refocus and make sense of the many new thoughts and feelings which can be running through the mind, brought about by the events of childbirth and new motherhood.

Posture and Positioning
Spinal Alignment is Key
Different spiritual traditions, and different teachers within those traditions, prescribe or suggest different physical postures for meditation. Sitting, supine, and standing postures are used. Many employ cross-legged sitting postures, including the Lotus Position. Some meditative traditions teach walking in mindfulness, as in Theravada Buddhism. Other traditions, such as those related to kundalini yoga, take a less formal approach. Various hand-positions or "mudras" may be prescribed. Personally I suggest using whatever positioning feels the most comfortable and allows the deepest level of relaxation across your entire body. Fancy hand-gestures and chants are by no means necessary. On many occasion I have been able to, at will, have out-of-body experiences while laying flat with my hands by my side. I'll explain more about that and how I do it further down.
Spinal Alignment is Key
The only positioning that I suggest is any position that keeps your spine straight, including the base of the neck. The 3 ways to achieve proper spinal alignment during meditation would be to sit straight in a chair or on the floor, lying flat on your back or lying flat on your stomach. I have yet to experience out-of-body meditation while sitting, however on many occasion I have achieved it within a few minutes while lying flat on my stomach or back, more often on my stomach.
Spinal alignment is necessary to achieve full circulation of the spiritual energy often referred to as Prana, Chi or the Kundalini. If you are familiar with chakra it would be easier to associate spinal alignment with chakra alignment. Scientifically it is known as the cerebro-spinal system of nerves and the "spiritual energy" would be the electrical signals traveling throughout your central nervous system.
If your having a hard time sitting up straight, I would suggest using a cushion as demonstrated by the pretty lady in the picture above. If you sit cross-legged, using a cushion will help to relieve some of the strain on your knees and ankles. Meditation is an Art, not a discipline and the methods applied are unique to each individual. By all means, make comfort your top priority. The last thing you want is to have some nagging pain or discomfort eating at your mind during meditation.
Breathing Techniques
Belly Breathing
Belly breathing, also called diaphragmatic breathing, is a simple deep breathing technique that teaches you how to use your diaphragm, a sheet of muscle at the bottom of our lungs and the most important muscle for breathing. It is often used as a complementary therapy for anxiety disorders and may also help to boost energy and stamina. The goal should be to breathe this way all of the time. Plan to practice Belly Breathing once a day, starting with five minutes. Then, gradually increase the time up to about 15 minutes.
Here's a good way to learn Belly Breathing:
Lie comfortably on your back, with a pillow under your head, your knees bent and your back flat. You can stretch your legs out if that's more comfortable. Place one hand on your belly. Once you're comfortable, you can start the exercise.
Inhale while you slowly count to 4. Expand your belly as much as you can - like a balloon. You know you're doing "belly breathing" right when you can feel your belly expand. Then, exhale to the slow count of 4, just letting all the air out of the balloon. As you exhale, just feel yourself letting go of tension.
Keep repeating the belly breathing to the slow count of 4. When your mind wanders, just gently bring your attention back to the counting and belly breathing.
After you have practiced this exercise for about a week, try doing your Belly Breathing when you are sitting. Then, try it at different times during the day, even when you are standing. Notice that it is very relaxing.
Once you have mastered your Belly Breathing, you can use it when you have symptoms of anxiety or panic. During panic, people tend to breathe from the chest instead of from the belly. Breathing rapidly from the chest increases anxiety. Breathing slowly from the belly lowers anxiety and reduces many of the "scary sensations" of panic.
Environment Matters
Creating Your Sanctuary
Environment plays an important part in any meditation practice. Trying to achieve tranquility and inner peace while sitting in a room of discordant energy can be quite a feat.Have you ever wondered why people suddenly have the urge to rearrange their furniture? Its because they subconsciously understand the benefit of moving objects around. When objects stay in one spot for too long they tend to develop a kind of stagnation, like a swamp. One solution to positively change your environment would be to rearrange the furniture and objects in your home, or at least the room you have chosen to meditate in. Since environment matters, always take to the same room when meditating, the same chair if possible.
When you rearrange your furniture or environment, you are actually "re-organizing" the discordant energy that those objects create in their spaces. This is why the room feels much more peaceful and alive after it has been adjusted. Getting rid of junk and clutter will have a similar effect on your wellbeing.
Colors also play an important part in the effect which certain living spaces can have on a persons mentality. Use soothing or earth colors to achieve a good energy balance in your place of meditation. A well balanced decor promotes the best flow of energy for restorative sleep and relaxation, as well as sexual healing.
It would also do well to add a few house plants to your meditation room. Plants help to clean up air pollution and collect dust, while adding a living form of energy to the room. Check the list of top ten air-purifying plants and bring them into your space.
Another great addition to your meditation room would be running water, like a small indoor fountain or even a CD player with sounds of running water, the ocean or rain.
Remove any televisions or computers from your meditation space. The good energy is disrupted when these items are present, even when they are turned off. Also choose the images for your room wisely, as images can carry powerful energy. Choose images that reflect what you want to see happening in your life.
Wind chimes are a great way to achieve balanced energy flow. Sound waves are energy, so take advantage of the natural music created by wind chimes. Aroma-therapy such as candles or incense can also help you relax. Be sure to choose the right scent for the job, such as Lavender, Eucalyptus or Myrrh for relaxation. I prefer Jasmine, simply because it brings about happy childhood memories when the Jasmine trees in our neighborhood would bloom during Christmas time.
Centerpointe Research Institute
Meditation Music
Centerpointe's Holosync® audio technology is the king of "Meditation Music". I had my first out-of-body experience while listening to their meditation cd's. I'm not quite sure how or why it happened, but the effects seem to be permanent. I have not used them for over 2 years, and I continue to have out-of-body experiences on a monthly basis. No complaints here, I enjoy it!
The secret behind Holosync® audio technology comes from careful research and application of what are called "Binaural Beats" or Binaural Tones. Binaural beats have been of interest to neurophysiologists investigating the sense of hearing. By using a series of low-frequency beats, scientists found that they can influence the brain in more subtle ways through the entrainment of brainwaves and can be used to produce relaxation and other health benefits such as pain relief.
The brain produces a phenomenon resulting in low-frequency pulsations in the loudness of a perceived sound when two tones at slightly different frequencies are presented separately, one to each of a subject's ears, using stereo headphones. A beating tone will be perceived, as if the two tones mixed naturally, out of the brain. The difference between the two frequencies must be small (below about 30 Hz) for the effect to occur; otherwise, the two tones will be heard separately and no beat will be perceived. For instance, if you put 20 hertz in the one ear, and 10 hertz in the other, the brain will resonate to the difference and perceive a beating tone of 15 hertz. The results are simply amazing.
Stimulating your brain with Holosync® audio technology will:
» Safely and effortlessly take you to states of profoundly deep (and extremely pleasurable) meditation...
» Stimulate the creation of new neural pathways between the right and left hemispheres of your brain, balancing your brain and leading you to a high-performance state scientists call "whole brain functioning...
» Dramatically improve your learning ability, memory, intuition, creativity, and your ability to focus, concentrate and think more clearly...
» Create true quantum leaps in your personal self awareness...
» Significantly lower your stress levels and lower your levels of harmful brain chemicals related to stress...
» Create remarkable improvements in your mental and emotional health-even in areas that have stubbornly resisted change with other approaches...
» Dramatically increase your production of vital (and very pleasurable) brain chemicals related to your longevity, well-being, and quality of life...

When they say "Meditatie Like A Zen Monk At The Push Of A Button", they're not kidding. This program will accelerate your mental, emotional, and spiritual growth in ways that will absolutely amaze you.
The Centerpointe Holosync® Audio Program creates states of deep meditation and gives you the benefits of long-term, deep meditation, but much more quickly. Holosync boosts intelligence and creativity, producing new levels of self-awareness and inner peace. Heals unresolved emotional issues at the deepest level, including anxiety, depression, anger, substance-abuse, fear and many other dysfunctional feelings. Dramatically lowers stress, raising your threshold for what you can handle coming at you from the world.
You don't have to use the cd's over and over to reap the benefits, and the results are so noticable it makes you want to kick yourself for not discovering it sooner.

How To Meditate Properly
To get the Power Conciousness!
You just read about it. It's called The Master Key System, and if your serious about meditation, it would be in your best interest to master it. The step-by-step method laid out in The Master Key are second to none. Its simple, direct and extremely effective lessons will not fail to make you a "Meditation Master" so long as you follow the instructions properly.
Here are a few sample lessons from the book: www.changeagent101.com
Lesson 1: Sit upright and be perfectly still for 10 to 20 minutes. Just let your thoughts wander. Do this every day for a week until you master it. Then move on to Lesson 2.
Lesson 2: Sit still like before (each lesson builds on the last) except this time you are to inhibit all thought as much as possible, allowing only the most positive thoughts to enter your mind. You will only be able to do this for a few minutes at a time, but it is a very necessary step. Master it, then move to Lesson 3.
Lesson 3: Sit still, inhibit all but the best thoughts, and now you are to consciously relax all tension from your entire body. Mentally relax all tension from each body part. As always, do this for 10 to 20 minutes (longer is better). When you master this step, move to Lesson 4.
Lesson 4: Sit still, inhibit thoughts, relax all tension, now you are to also let go of all worry, fear, doubt, etc. Just let it all go as you relax in your quiet stillness. 20 minutes a day until you master it. Move on to Lesson 5.
So you see, it is very simple indeed. I must add here that when you get to the relaxing part, you begin to feel as if "weight" is being removed from your body in layers. It also seems to happen when your not paying attention, but comes on suddenly. Its hard to explain, but you'll know what i'm talking about when it happens. This weigtless feeling is a direct result of A: Properly learning the past excerises and B: The degree to which you can mentally let go of tension and worry.

Helpful Tips for Meditation
Be Water My Friend...
Go easy on the caffeine. If you absolutely must have that delicious Latte, try to schedule your meditation practices before or long after that tasty cup of coffee. I just so happen to love coffee myself. Yum-Yum ;P
Put yourself in a good mood BEFORE you begin to meditate. Listen to your favorite song. Watch a funny video on YouTube or do something that will put you in a good mood.
Take a hot shower or soothing aromatherapy bath before you meditate. This works especially well if you practice meditating only a few days per week. What better way to relax your muscles than soaking in the tub for a bit. Use Epsom Salt in the bath water to relax your aching muscles even further.
Do a light exercise routine about 90 minutes before meditating. Light exercise would include calisthenics or going for a short but quick run. I prefer jumping rope to wear myself out real fast. This works especially well if your extremely jittery and you find it hard to sit still and relax your mind. Just be sure to give yourself ample time to calm down before you begin to meditate.
Try not to concern yourself with fancy hand positions, humming, chants, etc. These may have worked for the person who developed such methods for themselves, but its kind of like trying to copy another persons way of playing the guitar. What works well for one person may not work well for another. We all have different bodies, different biochemistry, different aches and pains, different ways of achieving relaxation. Use your own creativity to achieve comfort and relaxation before taking up the practices of any other person, including me. Spinal alignment is key, although how you achieve it is entirely up to you.

The Energy Redirection Technique
When faced with a bad situation - think of a way to turn it into a CHALLENGE.
Every experience is subjective: Not what it means, that matters, but what it means to YOU. Nothing is Good or Bad until your opinion makes it so. Apply creativity and a little theory to the situation, and any negative event can be turned into a positive event or challenge. By finding a challenge, a goal - something that can motivate and inspire you - you now re-allocate a large chunk of your energy away from the negative thoughts. In other words, thoughts that would otherwise be obsessed with the negative event can now be redirected and focused on something positive.
Here are a few examples:
Sick or Bed-Ridden in Hospital: Decide that you're going to use this free time to learn something fun, say a new language. Now you're thinking about a new skill rather than focusing on your illness.
Got Fired From Your Job: Set a goal to find a job that pays you 25% more than your previous job. Think about this new job and stop thinking about being laid off. Start looking for job you would enjoy more than the previous one. Do not hold any negative feelings towards your boss for laying you off. Instead, think of him as having done you a favor because you're now going to find a better job.
Lost a Business Due to Bankruptcy: Decide that you're going to rebuild a new business and regain your financial freedom. Set a goal to earn 3 times what you previously had. Decide that you're going to earn so much more than you'll be able to repay all your debts - even though you legally may not have to.

Just Let Go....
Contemplate the things that you are clinging to in your life. Now, while you meditate, do your best to just let go of it all. Let go of your dependency of everything outside of yourself. Let go of everything you care about in your life, for what you seek cannot be found in the outside world.Your problems are not going anywhere, and its ok for you to disregard them for 10 to 20 minutes every day. Besides, thinking about your worries does little to make them go away.
Take a moment to read this short passage from one of my favorite books, Illusions, written by Richard Bach:
"Once there lived a village of creatures along the bottom of a great crystal river. The current of the river swept silently over them all - young and old, rich and poor, good and evil, the current going its own way, knowing only its own crystal self."
"Each creature in its own manner clung tightly to the twigs and rocks of the river bottom, for clinging was their way of life, and resisting the current what each had learned from birth."
"But one creature said at last, ' I am tired of clinging. Though I cannot see it with my eyes, I trust that the current knows where it is going. I shall let go, and let it take me where it will. Clinging, I shall die of boredom.'
"The other creatures laughed and said, 'Fool!, let go and that current you worship will throw you tumbled and smashed across the rocks, and you will die quicker than boredom!'
"But the one heeded them not, and taking a breath did let go, and at once was tumbled and smashed by the current across the rocks. Yet in time, as the creature refused to cling again, the current lifted him free from the bottom, and he was bruised and hurt no more."
"And the creatures downstream, to whom he was a stranger, cried, ' See a miracle! A creature like ourselves, yet he flies! See the Messiah, come to save us all!'
"And the one carried in the current said, 'I am no more Messiah than you. The river delights to lift us free, if only we dare to let go. Our true work is this voyage, this adventure.'
"But they cried the more, 'Savior!' all the while clinging to the rocks, and when they looked again he was gone, and they were left alone making legends of a Savior."
You may have noticed that I have not actually told you what you need to think about or focus on while meditating. The reason for this is simply because I have no idea of your intentions with meditation, or your thought process in general, therefore I cannot offer any suggestions as to what you should think or focus on. I do, however, suggest that you inhibit any thoughts of lack, limitation, fear or weakness.
Once you begin to meditate on a regular basis, you will find that your highest state of mental relaxation occurs when your thoughts are wandering about, when you are sort of half day-dreaming in mindfulness, not consciously thinking about anything important at all. Not a care in the world, not even concerned if you are meditating properly or not.
In my experience I've found that its not really the particular thought that matters, but the quality of thought which is most important. If I could suggest any particular kind of thought, it would be thoughts of your body becoming a pillar of light, or thoughts of your body surrounded by a soft glow of golden light.
Pretend that you are a Meditation Master, a master who can easily achieve the highest state of mental tranquility whenever he or she so chooses. You remember how to pretend, right?
My Personal Experiences
Out Of My Mind...
OK. Now its time for me to tell you about myself and these "Out-of-Body" experiences that I have, but before we continue I must bring you up to speed on the strange things I have seen.
I had my first unusual experience when I was about 11 years old. I was staying the night with a friend, playing his brand new Super Nintendo (old school, hehe). After so many hours, I was tired so I climbed to the top bunk and fell asleep. He continued playing on the console. While sleeping I managed to rolled off the top bunk, except as I fell something pushed me back up. Up, up into the air, onto the bed, and it rolled me across the bed so hard that I slammed into the opposite wall. I woke up during the fall, and I remember feeling a kind of pressure, not hands but like air pressure pushing me back up. My friend heard it but he didn't actually see it happen.
Fast forward a few years to my freshman year of highschool. I had this fascination with Bruce Lee and his no-style martial art "Jeet Kune Do". My friends and I we're having a sparring match in the front yard. We had purchased a set of sparring gloves and couldn't wait to try them out on eachother. So I'm sparring with my partner when suddenly I get this awesome, exciting surge of pure energy. My opponent was in the middle of his attack, so I decided I would just jump over his head. So I jumped, and went up, up, up....and I kind of stayed there for a second. Then I sort of floated back down in a slow motion fall, landing gently on my feet. Now, I've seen people do amazing things when their adrenaline goes up, but this was beyond natural. I hovered, for just a second, and then I came down in a this sort of slow motion fall. It felt like I was standing on a cloud. I looked over at my friends and tried to play it off, like its just some ordinary thing I do every day. They just stared at me, their mouth's hanging wide open. They never asked about it, which suited me just fine because I had no way to explain it. I began to wonder "How much power do we REALLY have?"
Skip forward another 5 years and I'm serving as a paratrooper in the U.S. Army. I joined the military because I could not find a decent job after highschool. The recruiter promised an extra $150 per month if I volunteered for the Airborne, so I did. This particular "paranormal" event took place right smack in the middle of the base PX, in the food court area. I remember that day crystal clear. The food court was empty, no customers except myself and Jason, my best friend since basic training and jump school. It was near closing time and all the chairs were set on top of the tables (I guess so they could mop the floor). The only place still open was Anthony's Pizza, so we each bought two slices and an empty cup for our drinks. We got our orders and started walking over to the beverage station, which sits near the middle of the food court. As I was walking, my paper cup fell off my tray....and disappeared in the air as it fell. The freaking cup just disappeared, it never hit the ground! No sound, not a thud or anything. POOF! Just like that, it was gone, as if someone just erased it from existence.
We searched around on the floor, just to check if it rolled under a table or something. But we were standing in the middle of a 25 square foot opening, no tables around for the cup to roll under. There's no way in hell that cup rolled for 25 feet and went under a table! I was looking for it just as soon as it fell. Besides, all the chairs were up, so we could have easily seen it under a table. Still confused, I walked back to the lady at the register and asked her for another empty cup. After filling my drink, we sat down to discuss what just happened. In the military, such events can lead to an immediate Psychological Evaluation, so we decided to keep our mouths shut and never tell anyone about it.
Nothing special happened until after I left the Army. My contract was over and once again I found myself unemployed, despite all of my "military experience" which seems to count for nothing unless you want to be a cop or security guard. This was a major turning point in my life. I started to ask myself "What do I REALLY want?" I wanted to be financially free so I could spend time studying metaphysics and traveling around the world, so I decided to work with my father in Florida while I figured out how to reach my goals.
I started having these "Out of Body" experiences while using the Holosync® Audio CD's. I read about Binaural Beats in the Army and how they were being used to relieve Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, so I was already curious and I'll try anything once. Well, the CD's seem to have permanently increased my ability to achieve total body relaxation at will. Today I just lay flat on my back or stomach, and with every breath I consciously relax one part of my body at a time.

It starts in my feet. I get that feeling like when your foot falls asleep, except more pleasant. My breath becomes one continuous cycle, like breathing in and out at the same time. It happens fast, from feet to head, until my entire body has this buzzing, tingly sensation. It feels like every molecule in my body is becoming lighter than air. I can literally "Feel" every object in the room as if everything is a part of ME. Once this happens, I begin to "float away" from my body. I can see the room around me, except through a different set of eyes.
There is also a sort of High Pitched Frequency noise that I hear when it starts. I can also feel that something is in the room with me. Something is ALWAYS there with me when it happens, I can guarantee you that. You know when something is in the room with you, when your hair stands up on the back of your neck. Yeah...THAT feeling.
After the second experience, I started to gain control while my "spirit" floated around the room. I love looking back at my inanimate body, just to make sure I'm actually having the experience. I've tried to float out into the living room just to scare my roommate, to test if he can actually see my spirit. It never works and I eventually get sucked back into my body.
These experiences only last about 20 to 30 minutes at most. After its over I feel totally rejuvenated, relaxed and full of life. I must add that, after its over, I can never seem to "activate" the experience until a later day. Its like I get one shot to do it right and then its over for the time being.
Recently I was able to communicate with another entity, although it was speaking to fast for me to understand. It was a female voice, a soft whisper in my ear (my non-physical ear, lol). The voice was telling me mathematical equations of some sort, and all I could say in reply was "I can hear you! I can hear you!" That was my first direct contact with a non-physical entity, and I would appreciate any feedback or comments on similar experiences.
Well, I hope you enjoyed reading this page, and I especially hope that you have gained a greater understanding of meditation. I call it an Art because I wish to dissolve people's opinion of meditation as a strict discipline or religious practice. I've never attended any kind of formal training such as guided meditation or seminars, nor have I read any special books on the subject, save the Master Key System.
The tools and techniques above are simply what I have found to work well, based on my own personal trial and error during this particular lifetime. We've all learned something that someone somewhere needs to remember. My main reason for creating this lens was to pass on what I have learned so that others may benefit from my experiences. If reading this has brought you even the smallest increase in knowledge on the subject, then I bid you farewell, forever satisfied with my work.
May The Force Be With You.
