Yep -- looking back on the past two years of our lives, S-T-R-E-S-S has certainly been the defining quotient. What doesn't kill you makes you stronger -- my mantra.

I play on the computer, which helps as long as my computer is working well. My stress level has been going up now that Caitlyn is mobile.

Right now, I'm kind of grudgingly going to the gym. It's good for me, though. This is a very helpful and timely lens. Thanks!

I just deal with stress by thinking about the blessing in my life, and there are many!
    This is a good topic!

I guess my solution is to do something about what is causing the stress. It is usually because I put things off and get way behind on everything so when it starts to get to me I make a list and try to concentrate on checking off one thing at a time.

My best stress relief is to take myself out of the situation and read a good book for a half hour. Better yet is a 30 minute nap.
