Deluxe Watches

The question posed at the beginning of this lens is, "What is a deluxe watch?" Basically, it is any kind of high quality luxury watch that costs over one thousand dollars. Of course, there are many levels of deluxe watches. While this type of watch technically should cost over $1,000, there are some that cost over $100,000! Is it appropriate to call both types of watches deluxe? Perhaps, but you could distinguish between them by calling the more expensive watch a super deluxe timepiece.

It is crazy how expensive watches can get, but the materials put into them more than justify the cost. If you ever get the chance to own a deluxe watch, you will feel how truly amazing it is.

I went over the prices of deluxe watches a little bit in the last module, but I will expand upon it now. Depending on what kind of deluxe watch you get, the price can range from a few thousand dollars to over a hundred thousand dollars. There are even some watches that get dangerously close to reaching a million!

Why are these watches so pricey? I mean, you could get a house for the price of some of the watches out there. These companies know that they are only going to make a few sales of their watches to the richest people in the world, but that is enough to keep their businesses afloat and profitable.

People who own these watches know they are only a select few who do. That apparently makes them feel pretty good, and there is really no additional practicality for what you are paying for. When you drop those thousands of dollars, what you are buying is prestige, not function.

To save money, you might want to consider getting a used watch within the deluxe category. They are out there, and you can save thousands of dollars by taking this advice.
