Sure, Barack Obama is President now, but he earned his election to that position through dishonest politics. Barack Obama swore he would defend the Constitution. Obama promised that he would filibuster any law that gave retroactive immunity to telecommunications corporations.

Once upon a time, Barack Obama opposed offshore oil drilling, which he characterized as an environmental threat that would be ineffective in bringing relief from high gasoline prices.On June 20, Obama declared, "Offshore drilling would not lower gas prices today. It would not lower gas prices tomorrow. It would not lower gas prices this year. It would not lower gas prices five years from now."
On August 1st, Barack Obama said that he would support oil drilling anyway - as a "compromise". Sadly, when it comes to oil drilling, the only compromise that's taken place is Obama's compromise of his own principles.

The FISA Amendments Act lets a presidential administration spy on and even search the home of anyone, anywhere for 67 days without a warrant, without justification to anyone at all. And even if a judge disapproves after those 67 days, the president can keep the information he gained, forever.
That's a violation of the 4th Amendment of the Constitution of the United States, which reads:
