Is it REALLY the Biggest Mountain?
Denali is the biggest mountain in the world if you only count the rise of the mountain. This means Denali sits on a lower elevation, while Mount Everest sits on a higher plateau, making the total elevation higher than Denali. Denali has about a 6,000 foot lead if you on Everest for base rise.
