Denon AVR 1912

The Denon AVR 1912 is a really good piece of equipment, and perhaps it's even the best on the market. The person who it's ideal for is someone who already has a decent set of speakers. If you already have them, what point is there in buying another set of speakers just to use AirPlay? The Denon AVR 1912 is perfect for people who want to upgrade their home cinema to HD 3D and AirPlay capabilities but who don't want to spend money on a system for each of those things.

Ill just quickly explain what AirPlay is if you don't know: It basically allows you to stream music or moves from your Apple device (such as an iPad , iPod or iTunes) to a set of AirPlay compatible speakers, or in this case, an AirPlay compatible receiver. So this means the Denon is going to be even better for you if you have Apple products. It even comes with its own App which allow you to tweak various setting without needed to get up off the sofa. Lazy; yes, but also very handy! Just to be clear; you don't need an Apple product to make the most out of the Denon 1912, it's just a nice bonus!

The Denon has really good sound quality. It's not just the tone, but the range of sounds it can produce. Obviously it needs to be used for a range of different noises; music, games, movies etc. but each of these need a different kind of sound. The Denon does them all really well. It really has a massive range of sounds it can do really well. Also the AVR 1912 is easy to set up. The installation wizard will get the best sound settings for your receiver for you if you don't know what you're doing.

Overall the system really is incredibly diverse and good for everyone - audio experts, music lovers, film buffs or just causal people who want a good sound system. Sturdy, reliable, high quality and user friendly. I highly recommend it.
