My name is Mernie, an EFT practitioner for few years now. My latest client is a mother who takes care of a daughter who has mental health problem. Since her daughter would always want to be alone, I suggested to her that try surrogate tapping instead. Afte Just now, she joined theEFT training.

    Hi Gaila
Sometimes our partners (husbands and wives) can be too close too us for us to feel like we can talk to them about our deepest issues. This is where maybe a good and trusted friend or neighbour, or professional counsellor can be supportive. You may also be able to trace some local support in your area by using the search engines on the internet or visiting your local library. You are not alone in feeling this way and there is help for you our there.

The best thing to do when you feel something in your life is not quite going the way you want it to and you have been unable to improve the situation alone, is to seek extra help. Have you considered approaching your tutors for assistance. Maybe there is a student support group or counsellor you can chat with. You can make it if you look for the help you need. Bravo for a great lens. Very informative, for that I'm sharing my own experience. My daughter, Amanda, is not quite 10 years old and has had 5 years of therapy. One year play therapy, 3 years of holding therapy and 1 year of talk therapy. The diagnosis is bipolar disease and reactive attachment disorder.

She throws violent fits several times per week. She is treated by a child psychiatrist and is heavily medicated. At our wits end we decided to try EFT with Gary Craig of Emofree. We have applied EFT training and after two weeks, we are already seeing more improvement than with all the other therapies combined.

We still have a long way to go, but for the first time in many years we have hope that the fits may be stopped and our daughter can have a normal life.

Depression Help and Hypnosis Therapy

Up from Depression Hypnotic Mp3 Download

Depression can be one of the most debilitating and lonely conditions experienced by anyone.

Often but not always, depression has followed a series of upsetting events that have undermined the security of a person. The most important areas of a person's life are considered to be the personal relationship (wife, husband, partner etc), the home, the occupation and then lastly anything else.

Usually if one of these areas is threatened or suffers an unwanted change, whilst it is distressing time, a person can cope and manages to come out of the distressing time sooner or later as their re-balances.

It is when, two or more, areas of life are threatened or radically changed that a state of depression, temporary or otherwise, can arise.

The Up from Depression hypnosis cd or hypnotic mp3 download may help you understand more about this condition and more importantly help you find a way out.

Depression Help Tips

Helping yourself to help your depression

Here are some tips to help the process of coming out of your depression. Write them down and go through them one-by-one.

1) First of all, accept that you are going through this phase in your life. Acceptance is the first positive step required to change.

2) Choose someone you feel comfortable with and tel them how you feel. Ask if they will help support you even if it only involves listening to what you have to say.

3) Line up any other forms of support you can think of including your doctor.

4) Try and simplify your life while you are going through this period.

5) Write down on separate pieces of paper the things that make you feel low or depressed.

6) Place those things you wrote above in an order of most upsetting through to the least upsetting.

7) Choose the one that is the least upsetting and easiest to tackle and write underneath the possible ways of doing something about it.

8) When you are ready take action on that item and if you need to ask for help from people around you to achieve this.

9) Gradually work your way through the list.

10) Don't feel that you have to stick to the order of your list. If you want to do things in a different order then do so.

11) Be kind to yourself. Remember you are doing the best that you can despite how you feel.

12) Reward yourself for tackling anything on your list.

    Hi
Sometimes bad news seems to come along in a seres of events one after the other and you may wonder why is it all going wrong seemingly. I have been there myself before and it is easy to give up and just despair. However often seemingly bad or hurtful events can allow us the opportunity to review the people in our lives and maybe situations which we should not have tolerated.
If you can confide in a good friend, work colleague or relative it will help. If that is not available then you can seek the help of charitable organisations such as the Samaitans in the UK or other organisations if you are based in another country. You do not have to cope with this alone. Take action by talking to someone even if it is your doctor and you get some relief from what is going on for you right now.
Above all else hang on in there, Nothing stays the same forever.

I am feeling really low. My boyfriend slept with someone else, whilst I was going through an abortion. He has two children and I can feel myself being off with them. I hate hearing about when they were younger. He asked me to marry him in May and now is saying he probably doesn't want to marry me or have children. I feel like he is trying to push me away and everything I say or do is wrong. I am also having financial problems. I feel so alone and sad and can't stop crying.

Please advise me of what I can possibly do. His father died recently and I feel like everything has fallen apart since then.

    Hi Donna
I know this is a difficult time for you. There is help that you can get from your doctor. Your doctor will listen and suggest other forms of help to get you through this. i know it is easy for me to say but if you hang in there and just take things one step at a time, such as seeing your doctor things will get better for you. The Samaritans can provide support as well when you need someone to talk to. I believe you can get through this.
