After an hour of farming at Crystalvein Mine , you will have about 2 stacks of heavy leather and 2 stacks of thick leather. Sell these at the Auction House for no less than 1 gold per stack.
If you're a rogue, don't forget to use your pickpocket skill!
You can get money and healing potions out of the boxes!
Do not choose crafting skills!
They cost money rather than making it, unless you have rare and in-demand patterns.
Buy low, sell high.
Take a look at the auction house and buy up any cheaper-than-normal items to resell.
Keep ALL of the items you loot from the basilisks.
Most items are gray items. That's ok, because after less than an hour of farming this area these vendor items will amount to at least 5 to 7 gold from the vendor! If you're lucky, Scale Belly will be there and he drops items that can be vendored for over 1 gold each!
