A Man's Interest in Designer Handbags

I have really enjoyed selling handbags and I plan to grow this business to its full potential because I truly enjoy it so much. Who could complain about shopping a couple times a week for the highest end designer handbags at stores like Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Saks, Neiman Marcus, and Barney's New York? The level of service you receive from sales reps is flattering. Most sales reps know us on a first name basis.

At first I just loved shopping with my girlfriend because it was quite amazing to spend so much money at once for new bags. But now its more about the designers and styles. I have really become fond of Miu Miu bags, my girlfriend has two. Chanel is another boutique that I just can't stay out of. Despite the fact that Chanel is bit more expensive than other bags, its remains a classic icon of luxury designer handbags, jewelry, and accessories. I have been fortunate enough to get a pair of Chanel Aviator sunglasses as a bonus this year!

I think the thing I love about all this purse business is working for myself. Well, actually for ourselves (my girlfriend and I). Having the freedom to go out for lunch and not be in a rush. How anyone can finish lunch in 30 minutes has me mystified. The bonuses we receive for shopping is more like a supplemental income with cash back, airline miles, and gift cards.

I have also become more "GQ" since I am in constant contact with fashion. My girlfriend used to do all the research and shopping but I have begun to dabble a bit myself. I'm pretty sure I might look a bid Metro reading Us Weekly or Glamour in the checkout line at the grocery store! I have been quite surprised though that I never get a second look while shopping for handbags. Maybe its the sales reps commission that does it, or maybe a man buying handbags is more common than I think? I think its because there is nothing wrong with a man buying women's handbags!
