Moment of Truth

From the lens Desktop Stress Relief.

Feeling any better? Truly, I hope you found some useful desktop stress relief techniques. However, if all else failed, close your eyes and take a big, deep breath. Go home when you can, hug your children, kiss your spouse, call a friend, or play a game of pool. Tomorrow is another day.

wow... i love this - Great review here, S-t-r-e-s-s, it is everywhere and unless you learn to deal effectively with it and find ways to get some stress relief, it can cause some serious health problems. Thanks

I feel a lot better yes. There's just never too much reading about the best relaxation method. I really like sand boxes but am afraid I'd end up gardening and playing with pebbles in stead of getting back to work :)

Ah, yes ... the moment of truth. Stress relief is an important factor in our lives ... I started my journey on taking action against stress ... hoping to wind that up real soon. At my "last" job, I would walk to a nearby building and sit in the lobby to soak in the sounds of the large rock waterfalls. It was very soothing. So, I recommend desktop waterfalls.

I loved your stories... and that video with the bubble wrap had me in tears of laughter.... Thanks for sharing - with the amount of time I've been on the computer instead of in the bed - those neck exercises will come in handy! Great Job -

This was a blast, and you almost made me feel guilty for smoking a cigarette while reading it . Almost.

Someday, someone is gonna make an honest woman outta you and hire you to do this stuff.

    Thanks!
