If you're serving dinner, foods similar to what would be found on the Island are appropriate; fish, pork (boar), and lots of tropical fruits. You could also go with fried chicken, as a nod to Hurley's alma mater, Mr. Cluck's.
You could also have some sort of Character Meals, foods representatuve of various characters:
fried chicken for Hurley
korean something for Jin and Sun
new york pizza for Michael
shrimp on the barbie for Claire
fish and chips for Charlie
As desserts or sweet snacks, you could make some DHARMA Fish Biscuits, or put 8's on the tail end of chocolate bunnies.
You can also get all kinds of DHARMA Snack Food Labels, including chips, soda, peanuts, and cashews.
