    My parents have got diabetes, and there I learn that the Chinese Yam can actually help to reduce the sugar in our blood.

    As a Type 2 diabetic I found this very interesting. Currently I avoid all starchy carbs and sugars. Where can I get Trehalose in the UK?

    My grandpa died of heart failure a year ago. He was diabetic and already sick but he was taking that drug Avandia, that I'm pretty sure played a role in his heart's deterioration.

    DON'T TAKE AVANDIA!
