I would like to know how congress and the senate can give themselfs raises when the american people can't even get a break on min wage..We voted the people in office to work for us, so to me they need to ask us about raises.Their raises are not like our raises their raises are hugh.They want to cut medicare/medicaid/social security.They don't have to live on any of these because they make alot of money and they have great insurance and great retirement which again they gave themselfs.To me they want to keep the poor people poor so when they throw them crumbs they are poor and hungrey they will do anything.The rich don't like getting their hands dirty but they are dirty.We pay their salary so I think they should ask us if its time for them to get raises and believe me it wouldn't be as high as they want.

Why don't the mfg. of american goods put an American flag on there product or least make it VERY visiable that it is AMERICAM!!!!!!

DITTO!...if Diane and her team had difficulty finding American-made products, imagine the trouble little 'ol me and others would have finding them! It would be a good marketing strategy to promote what's American, with a flag or other easily identifiable symbol. Advertisers call it "branding" don‘t they?

Diane Sawyer is a superb journalist and news person. Having had the opportunity to see her television career blossom from being the local "weather girl" at CBS affiliate station in her hometown to becoming anchor at ABC and her many interviews with heads of states and celebrities...she brings a skill set to each interview that gives the viewer a sense of honesty that goes beyond mere ratings. Helping the late President, Richard Nixon write his memoirs made know that Diane Sawyer is a serious and professional journalist.
From Bagdad to New York, Diane can get and tell a story in a most honest and compelling way.

I watched Diane tonight, January 4th, and am encouraged by the task she is undertaking: interviewing the newest Tea Party Congress members. Please Diane, ask them about their Health Care Plans, now that their health care is guaranteed in their new jobs, paid for by the "ordinary" people, but not a guarantee for us if they have their way on repeal.

As much as i dislike female anchor people. You are the exception Diane. I guess it's because you are just who you are. Many of the female anchor people try to come across as a guy? Not you, you stay feminine yet you command attention...beautiful :) Louisville is so honored to have you as a native! I'm sure even Muhammed Ali has to tip his hat to you! diane, i HAVE A 3 AND HALF YEAR OLD GRANDSON HIS PARENTS HAVE GOOD MORNING AMERICA ON EACH MORNING BEFORE HE GOES TO HIS SITTER WHEN HE DISCOVERED YOU WERE NO LONGER ON GMA HE WHERE IS DIANE I WANT DIANE.
