Throwing away dirty diapers shouldn't be a hassle. I have 3 sons and have gone through lots of diapers. The Diaper Champ is by far the best diaper contraption I have ever used.

Don't waste your wishes on the Diaper Genie

For my first 2 sons we purchased a diaper Genie for each. At the time we thought it was the best thing you could get for disposing of diapers. But boy were we wrong. The Diaper Genie is rather complicated and costly. I followed the directions exactly and both times my wife said I broke it. I don't think they ever worked right. They do a good job of keeping away the smell but so does The Diaper Champ. The diaper Genie needs to be twisted after each diaper. Then once it is full you need to cut the bag with scissors. Then tie it. It is a very thin bag. So you end up with a huge snake linke thing of diapers. I then would need to push them all down so I could throw it away.
It is costly because you need to buy special bags that are rather expensive.

Third times the Charm

This time we gave up on the Diaper Genie and decided to try something new. We have been so happy that we did. The Diaper Champ was similarly priced but can use your regular trash bags you already have in your home. So you will save money on that every month. It is so easy to use. You put a diaper in then flip the top. It seems to hold more than the Diaper Genie. But even if it didn't. It is the convenience that helps so much. I hated the Diaper Genie. I only regret I didn't try this sooner.

A few other promising diaper disposal things

There are a few other choices that look promising but, I haven't tried them.

The Diaper Dekor Plus looks good but a little pricey and you still get stuck buying refills. The reviews on Amazon look great though.

The Graco Touch Free Diaper pail looks great too. It seems pretty new and has only 2 reviews but, the reviewers seem to love it. It is farily priced at $50 and uses regular trash bags. You wave your hand over the top and it opens.

Cool lens, although I must say that washing diapers was not that bad! I did it and I put in a plug for it.

Anyway, well done. 5*

Thanks for visiting my diaper champ lens. I really was so excited about it because I hated the two diaper genies we had since I didn't think there was anything better. I'm hoping this lens will help less people get stuck with a poorly built diaper pail.

Jim, this is an interesting lens -- my poor mother had 3 of us in cloth diapers at the same time and she laundered them! Boy oh boy, I can just imagine what that must have been like. You've come up with some cool lenses. Think about your hobbies, passions, things you like to do. The ideas will come!

Diaper Reviews
I found a great lens for diaper suggestions. In my experience different diapers work for different kids. My first son would always leak unless we used Huggies. For my other two boys I used Pampers.

About Jim10

Hello my names is Jim and I just made my first website. 3 Boys Toys. I started it in order to help other parents of boys like myself find the best toys for their boys. I hate buying toys that never get played with. So hopefully by talking about my sons favorites others can avoid this mistake. Thanks for visiting.
I went to Emerson College and love making movies. I'm hopeful that I will have time again to work on some. So I can enter some festivals again. I enjoy spending time with my boys. I have a great time playing soccer and baseball with them. I also have a wonderful time teaching them new things and taking them places.
I love cooking and practicing Karate.

I am always looking for people to help me increase traffic to my favorite sites. So friend me on Digg. And I will do the same for you too.

I have a lot of fun publishing sites on Hubpages.

Here are some of my Hubs:

The Latest Animatronic Toys
The Best Places to Buy a Mac
Play-Doh
Wow Wow Wubbzy l Max and Ruby
Make your Own Backyard Water Park
The Coolest USB Flash Drives l external hard drives

Inbox Dollars is a great survey site that send me emails I look at to get credit. The emails don't get much but the surveys they offer along with referrals can earn a lot. You are also able to shop through their links at many popular places to earn more.

CashCrate is the other survey site that I use to earn money. Every day you can answer a small and easy survey to get little money. But by the end of the month it starts to add up. You can make a lot if you get trials of products and services. But you typically need to remember to cancel them if you don't want them. You can also make a lot through referall links.

My Survey is another great site for rewards. It has lots of quick easy surveys that can earn points towards prizes or just plain old cash.

Mylot is huge a forum with every possible interest and hobby. By joining you will earn money from each post and from referrals. Trying to earn by posting would take forever because you get less than a penny for each post. The money seems to be in getting referrals on their. With each referral you can make 25% of their earnings. It also lets you post HTML on your profile so you can add links to your lenses and websites. So if you like forums you mine as well give this one a try.
