How to Know If Your Baby Has Diaper Dermatitis
Diaper dermatitis is really easy to spot. If you change your baby's diapers you will know exactly when did they appear.It shows up as rednees on the skin covered and surrounding the diaper. At first it looks like red spots, but as it spreads it shows as a big red area.
If you notice this, you should go to the baby's doctor and ask for a porper treatment.

The diapers must be changed frequently to avoid urine be on the surface of the skin.
Instead of cleaning the area with disposable cloth, you should use warm and a soft cloth.
Besides these care steps, the doctor will also advice to use hydrocortisone 1% to help this rash "back down". Treatment with hydrocortisone must be followed only for the specified time (usually aroun 5-6 days)
