What the book "No Flour No Sugar" aka diet dr flour gotts no no sugar tm is about 208 pages on a topic that is very simple.  Do not consume any foods that are contain added sugars or flour-based.   The book is more that just a diet book it is a guide that is for healthy eating.  That is what we are looking for any way.  This is what we need to learn to acheive our weight goal and to keep it obtained.  We have all tried so many different diets only to find that they work in the begining but we have a tendicy to fall off them and not return.  What we need to look at is sensable eating habits.  We have all heard of the sacred heart soup diet, cookie diet and lemonade diet.  No sugar no flour diet what can i eat?
