Diet Free Solution

I have struggled with my weight all my life unfortunately and I know many other people that have the same struggle. I have looked for a diet free solution because I know that "dieting" doesn't work for me. The word "diet" just makes me want the things I shouldn't eat. The things that got me overweight in the first place!

Why Dieting Didn't Work For Me

Diet Free Solution

In the past, I have tried a lot of different diets and I have been able to lose weight over the years. But the weight just wouldn't stay off. The more extreme the diet, the more weight I lost initially and the faster I gained it back. I have come to the conclusion that dieting just makes you fatter and there are many studies that lend weight to this belief. Finding a diet free solution is the answer.

Dieting just by definition makes you feel hungry and deprived . . . before you ever start the diet! That is just crazy. It makes you want to run out and eat all the things you shouldn't eat before you start the diet in the hopes that you can hold out long enough to actually lose weight before you fall off the wagon again.

Finding A Diet Free Solution

So, how can you lose weight then? First of all, cut the word "diet" from your vocabulary. Just because you want to lose weight doesn't mean that you should "diet". The best way to lose weight is to eat healthy, balanced meals and eat frequent healthy snacks. You should ideally eat something every 2- 3 hours. Now that doesn't mean you should eat a Snickers bar or an ice cream cone for every snack!

Stop Dieting And Eat What You Want

Discover The Diet Free Solution

One key to losing weight and keeping it off is to only eat food you enjoy which is truely a diet free solution. No one on the face of the planet can honestly say that they would love to eat only lettuce and carrots 3 or 4 times a day. You don't have to completely deprive yourself of everything you love to lose weight. If you do, you will just "fall off the wagon" and eat even more than your normally do when you run across that food again. If you love pizza, that's ok. The key with anything is eating in moderation. If you normally eat 4-5 slices of pizza, then only eat 2 slices and a piece of fruit or a salad. If you make your own pizza, cut back on the meat and cheese and add more vegetables. You can make a pizza more healthy with less calories. You just have to be creative.

You need to make any changes slowly so that your body doesn't rebel. Your goal should be to cut out one unhealthy food a week. For example, if you drink a lot of soda, limit it to one a day with a goal of cutting them out completely by the end of the week. If you do this every week, you will be amazed at the "bad" foods that you will cut out in 2 or 3 months. The key to keeping weight off is to make lasting life changes and this is how you do it.

Many people starve themselves thinking they will drop weight fast but this just makes your body go into starvation mode and you won't lose weight at all. You shouldn't be hungry at all. If you get hungry, eat a low calorie, healthy snack to keep your body going. A well nourished body is a healthy body. You should never skip any meals or small snacks because you will lose weight much faster if you eat more. This also helps you stop craving foods.
