Yes and no. You know what you don't want to hear now, and it's exactly what I'm about to tell you: that you have to eat healthy and exercise if you want to look and feel good. No pill in the world can do all the things you need to have happen in order to get that flabby body back into shape!
However, with that being said, there are some really good supplements out there that can help you on your way and enhance the diet program that you're on so that maybe things will go a little bit easier or a little quicker. There are diet pills that can safely reduce your appetite, that can make you feel more satisfied, that can enhance the biological action of whatever diet plan you're following, etc. This is my lens about the diet pills that actually work!
Obviously you will want rapid weight loss, but it is doubly important to pay attention to safety issues when this is what you are doing. This is because you can do damage to your body if you deprive yourself of vital nutrients or if you introduce chemicals that could be harmful to you

So here's a quick list of the diet pills I've found that look promising based on the medical research and user reports, and on my own experiences
Slendesta: This one is really good for reducing your appetite with no side effects. It's not a stimulant.
Carb blockers: These keep you from absorbing carbs, so they're really good if you're already on a very low carb diet because they'll keep you from absorbing those few veggie carbs you're eating. You might not want to take this one if you're eating a bunch of carbs, though, since it'll give you pretty wicked gas then.
Garcinia: This one increases your metabolism without making you feel all strung out like when you take the caffeinated diet pills like ma huang and all that crap.
