This gets ranked for its sheer simplicity however at times it could do with going into a bit more detail. It also comes with a diet generator and food isn't restricted. It is more eat as much as you want of "this type of food today" followed by a different food tomorrow. The claims are a bit far fetched but you will definately lose weight if you follow it.

Nutrisystem - My Verdict:
These guys sell pre packaged meals from their website and offer different programs for different people (men, women, diabetics etc). The calories and ratios of carbs, fats and proteins work really well without compromising taste!

What's not so good is when you finish it and have to go back to the DIY method. Some people gain the weight again but all in all you will like this diet and lose weight on it.

EDiets - My Verdict:
These guys offer many different types of diets to suit everyone all in one place. Again it is convenience and flexible, non-restrictive approach to food that makes this program a top ranking product. Great for busy people who want to be part of an online community and have that support but without the meetings and dreaded weigh ins etc.

South Beach Diet - My Verdict:
All in all similar to Atkins but a more heart friendly version. If you're looking for a low carb diet program then this is the one.

Medifast - My Verdict:
This is medically recommended but I am only giving it 3 stars as it involves meal replacement shakes which I personally do not like. I think with this you will lose weight quite quickly though. If it's right for you then it's a 5 star rating in your books like I said earlier - choose the one that feels right.
