Alkaline Diet, also known as Alkaline Acid Diet, is a diet based on consumption of food such as fruits, vegetables, roots, nuts, and legumes but avoid dairy, meat, grains and salts. It is still in debation about the efficiency of alkaline diet because there is no concreate evidence that alkaline diet can reduce certain diseases.

If you are still unable to do that due to busy schedule (I close one eye), you can try walking up four flights of stairs to your office rather than taking the elevator. If there are gym and work out facilities in the company, make full use of them either in the morning during working days and on weekends. Exercise in the morning will make you feel refresh and alert during work.
Diet
