- I agree, patience is a must when dieting, and exercise will only help you get results faster. And great idea on the audiobooks! I hadn't thought of them for health books, only fiction. I found this one on Amazon too: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/193331009X , called " Eat, Drink, and Be Healthy". I'm gonna give it a shot! Thanks again for your great lens!
