Diet Survivors learn Intuitive Eating

Are you a Diet Survivor? The answer is yes if you fit any one or more of these:

1. Fed up with dieting

2. Want to lose weight permanently

3. Tired of the lose, gain, lose, gain merry-go-round

4. Would like to restore a normal life

5. Would like to accept your body as it is

6. Compulsively overeat, stress eat, or eat for emotional reasons

7. Have suffered from an eating disorder

How can a Diet Survivor get help? From the Diet Survivors resources. Linda Moran, who once struggled with these problems, was helped by a concept known as non-dieting (also referred to as normal eating or "hunger and fullness.")

Diet addicts die hard, though. After her own recovery, Moran discovered a shocking truth--many folks trying to learn the fine art of the hunger and fullness method use it against themselves--as a new set of rules. Non-dieting, if you're not careful, can become another diet. And so the carousel turns again.

Moran thought there was a better way, and realized that disgruntled dieters needed more than a technical change. They need to change how they think.

Combining non-dieting techniques with concepts of cognitive therapy, Moran has created a unique approach that's helped countless folks recover from the diet mentality permanently.

Linda Moran thus created Diet Survivors as a way to pay it forward for all the help she received in her own struggles.
