What is the best diet weight plan to lose weight? Believe me I asked this question many times, and I almost lost hope to find one that really works. Many of my friends tried different diets, but none of them were happy with the results.
I understand that it's impossible to find one diet weight plan that works the same way for everybody. But, I hoped there is at least one weight loss plan that will work for me. I hoped to find this perfect diet weight plan since I start gaining weight 5 years ago. Question how to lose weight was hunting me every time I look in the mirror or try to put on a new pair of pants, just to find out they were too tight again. So, that was it and to be honest with you I was in doubt that plan like this even exists.
