The higher pixels will get better photos so you pay for what you get. I wouldn't go less that 5 MP for any camera but think that quality underwater shots demand a higher level of pixels so went for the 8 MP. Photos can be edited somewhat for light and color but you cannot change pixels.

- Love to snorkel and used rental equipment last time which was OK except the goggles were really lousy and that can ruin the experience with water leaking in all the time. So I'd already decided to invest in a quality swim mask before going snorkeling again, but this digital camera swim mask is even better, a really clever product!

- Now this digital camera swim mask is just what I needed for my trip to Hawaii last June. Darn it, I didn't even know you could get one of these digital camera swim mask. I've never even seen one of these in retail stores or the mall. What a great deal on a digital camera swim mask too. I mean you have some here listed under $100. That's perfect for anyone going on vacation especially, island vacations.

The fins and snorkels are OK but the swim masks must fit right and be air tight to provide a comfortable and fun experience. Those swim masks have been used countless times and very often do a really poor job.
