We didn't find a ready made dinosaur skeleton costume, but you could take a basic skeleton costume and accessorize. (We have a common ancestor, right?)
Add a bone tail (cardboard tubes, or paper mache perhaps?). Add fossilized stegosaurus spikes? A triceratops crest and horns? Claws?
And for a T-Rex we think the frame for this T-rex head would make a great T-Rex skull with a bit of modification.
