Artist Biography:
Breathtaking realism, creativity, perseverance, as well as personal commitment to excellence, have garnered Kim Norlien wide appeal from collectors and artists alike. Norlien is known for his attention to detail. Using a combination of hand painting and airbrush, each painting is lovingly handcrafted. Kim takes inspiration for his paintings from his Midwestern surroundings.

Norlien's work has garnered numerous awards and honors. In 1997, he was invited to be featured as the spotlight artist for the Wildlife Heritage Art Show. He has received Best of Show awards, including one from the National Wildlife Art Show, and the 1996 People's Choice award at the Wildlife Heritage Art Show.

Artist Biography:
Greg Benson took a winding road on his way to becoming a professional artist. Being self taught Benson considers himself fortunate to have achieved such a large international following. "I paint my memories and interests and collectors seem to connect with them," says Benson. Greg Benson's natural talent was evident at an early age but he had a variety of jobs before he decided to concentrate solely on oil painting. After doing well in a national art show, a publishing company offered to publish prints of one of Greg Benson's originals. Greg Benson then started his own publishing company and has continued to publish limited edition prints since 1992. He makes appearances and exhibits his original oil paintings at select fine art galleries and national art shows including shows in New York, Chicago and Atlanta.

Artist Biography:
Here in the midwest, we are blessed with so many talented wildlife artists. Jim Hansel is not only talented, but he has had to overcome special challenges to paint so beautifully. The outside world that Jim Hansel sees is not the one we see. At an early age, Jim was diagnosed with an eye condition called Stargardts. The eye condition, which has stabilized, left Jim legally blind from an early age. Despite his disability, Jim has learned to overcome his visual limitations. Through the use of magnifiers and low vision aids, Jim brings his work into focus. Jim also relies on his camera to capture his ideas.
