Direct TV Review

I knew Direct TV had been around longer than any other satellite TV provider, so I felt confident they knew the business well.

But what I didn't know was that they were planning to add 150 HD channels in the very near future. I was excited about that. They already offer over 900 hours of high definition programming every week. If you haven't seen HDTV, you can't even imagine the difference it makes in your TV watching.

One of the biggest advantages to subscribing to Direct TV is their exclusive offerings to their customers. One of my favorites, the NFL Sunday Ticket, can't be found anywhere else.

They also have interactive mix channels that let you watch up to 8 live broadcasts of sports, news or kid channels all at one time on the SAME screen! How awesome is that? I can tell you from first-hand experience, it's cool as hell.

I also get sneak peeks at brand new FX series, before they go on the air, just because I'm a Direct TV subscriber. Do I pay a little more for these exclusive benefits? Sure. And it's STILL a better buy than cable.
