Four Plans to Choose From
Ranging from $14.95 - $59.95 per month
Dental Plus Plan, it obviously covers dental procedures, but the plus stands for Vision, Prescription and Chiropractic services.
With this plan you will save up to 80% on your dental care, 60% on your Vision, up to 80% on your Prescriptions and up to 50% on your Chiropractic care. The Dental Plus plan starts at $14.95 for a single person and goes to $19.95 per month for an entire family up to 20 people.
As a member of our
Basic Health Plan you will save up to 50% and MORE! Your
benefits include: physician and ancillary services, hospital advocacy, a 24/7 nurse line and podiatry services. This plan covers an entire family for only $29.95 per month.
Take the first two plans I have outlined above, the Dental Plus and the Basic Health, combine them and you get our Total Health Plan. This is by far our most popular plan, because it covers everything medical, dental, vision, prescription and chiropractic, and it saves you $10.00 every month, if you were to get the plans separate. This plan will run you $39.95 per month for an entire family.
