    I think that the panic away is a great program. But another program that people should take a look at is The Soothing Stress Relief Sounds Course is uses music therapy to relieve different stress related conditions including panic attacks.

    I do suffer from panic attacks about once a year. Usually they only last a few seconds though, during the middle of the night.
