One of the most known attractions, Charles Bridge crosses the Vltava river and connects the quarters Old Town and Lesser Town (Malá Strana). It is protected by three bridge towers and is decorated by an alley of 30 statues and statuaries, most of them in baroque style.
Charles Bridge is one of the most famous sites of Prague.

* Old Town Hall and Astronomical Clock (Staromestska radnice / orloj)

The Prague Astronomical Clock or Prague Orloj is a medieval astronomical clock located in Prague, The Orloj is mounted on the southern wall of Old Town City Hall in the Old Town Square. The oldest part of the Orloj, the mechanical clock and astronomical dial, dates back to 1410 when it was made by clockmaker Mikulas of Kadan and Jan Sindel, the latter a professor of mathematics and astronomy at Charles University. Sternberg Palace is one of the noble residences, surrounding the Prague Castle. Its outstanding architecture and rich decoration makes it an important example of the High Baroque style.
