A Night of "Discovery" at the Discovery Suites Hotel Manila

Some months back, I attended a party at the Discovery Suites Hotel Manila, a four (4)-star hotel located at Ortigas, one of the country's busiest places and another center of business.

The party was in Discovery Suites' Magellan Function Room. The view of Manila, Philippines from the 41st floor was simply breathtaking: Ortigas underneath the night sky, with its constellations of city lights. Specks of light creep around the streets as cars make their way through traffic. One can't help but gaze at the vast expanse of the city laid out beneath.

The function room was very roomy. The layout was simple yet elegant. The food, which was a mix of Western and Oriental food, was just superb.

What's amazing is that each room is loaded with all possible comforts, as if you never even left your home. Each room comes with an entire set of living, dining, and kitchen areas along with the bedroom and bathroom.

Tenants are treated to 24-hour room service, as well as access to the hotel's gym, swimming pool area, as well as the jacuzzi. There is also WiFi Internet access in all rooms, ensuring one is not disconnected from their web activities.
