Why a Personality Profiling Lense?
In college I took a full semester course on the Myers-Briggs type indicator. It was a combination of sociology, psychology and philosophy all rolled into one. It was a fascinating course but after graduating I discovered there are a ton of these instruments out there and they go by a wide variety of names.
I found the two most common to be the Myers-Briggs and the DiSC Profile. This lense is about the world of psychometric profiles, tests or assessments.
