Conversion of your old diskette files to Office-compatible versions costs a single fixed fee of £15 per diskette (or up to 1Mb of files in emails or on CD/DVD-ROM), then email the new files back to you.

Our promise:

If none of your diskette files can be converted, but we have agreed with you that it is possible, then your payment will be refunded in full and your diskettes will be returned to you!!

• Normal turnround for conversion processing is 7 working days.
• Diskettes should be posted to the address given on the disk conversion quotation request form.
• If you would like the original diskettes to be returned to you, then please enclose a UK-stamped and addressed envelope (see the Royal Mail web site for prices) with the diskettes when you send them to us. If you do not want the diskettes returned, then they will be securely erased and disposed of by us.
• Copies of original and converted files are retained until you are completely satisfied with the conversion work, to allow reconversion to be done quickly.
