Disney Halloween Animation Shows

Disney is known for producing family friendly cartoons for quite some time. Before the release of their own television channel they used to produce cartoons compilations and shows on themes like Halloween and Christmas holidays for other TV channels. Now that they've their own channel, they often show vintage cartoons on Halloween and other holiday themes. Some of their old shows are very popular as they're rarely aired on TV these days and are even hard to get in VHS or DVD format. In this lens i'm going to list some of the best Halloween cartoons from Disney. 47-Minute Halloween Theme Animation Show

This show used to air on few channels around the world during mid 80's and 90's. Officially VHS was released in 1984 but there seems to be no DVD released ever for this show. This show is really hard to find any more on DVD and VHS. But some of the cartoons inside this shows are easy to find as they're packaged in other Halloween themed shows and compilations.

This compilation was released in VHS and it's one of those vintage cartoon DVD's ever released by Disney. It has set of three stories -

Trick or Treat and Pluto's cartoon are the special in this show. This VHS runs for 1/2 hour. This may be vintage animation but still fantastic and worthy for Halloween.

Mickey's House of Villains

This show starts with all the Disney vilians sitting in audience and expecting mickey mouse show compilation for scary cartoons. So this Halloween themed compilation show runs following cartoons -

There are some additional stuff in the DVD like trivia and the trailer. Overall it is one nice compilation of spooky cartoons. Though we can't be satisfied unless we get all the shows under one DVD. But still, this is one good DVD to watch on Halloween.

A Disney Halloween

90 Minute Vintage Scary Disney Animation Show

This show was aired during late 70's and early 80's and dropped as Disney Halloween treat was compiled on top of it. Cartoons listed in this show are mashup of Disney Halloween treat and Disney greatest vilians. There are some extra cartoons which were never aired later or are not shown -
